Jack Nicolas, President  

The company President, Jack Nicolas, has over 25 years of experience (7 with Blue Cross Blue Shield), a Masters in Business Administration from Nichols College and is certified as a Health Insurance Associate (HIAA). He is active in his community having served on the Town Finance Committee (past chair), School Committee and also on the Board of Directors for various charitable organizations. Jack has four children, and currently resides in Marblehead, MA.

Daniel J. Nicolas, Risk Manager  

Daniel J. Nicolas is our Risk Manager.  Prior to joining KD Consulting Group, Dan was employed by Electric Insurance Company, an award-winning GE company located in Beverly, MA. Dan is licensed in all lines of insurance and will be marketing and servicing KD Consulting commercial and individual clients throughout New England. He is also responsible for the Group’s Fiduciary Liability and Property and Casualty book of business. Dan currently resides in Salem, MA.

Deb Waters, Senior Account Manager 

Deb Waters is our Senior Account Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire in Business Administration. Prior to joining KD Consulting Group, Deb worked for Thomson Reuters for 10 years where she helped manage the retention efforts for at-risk clients working to minimizing negative revenue impact to the organization. Deb has over 15 years of client service experience.  She is married with two children and currently resides in Marblehead, MA.
